Our Story

You could say that building is in Co-Founder, Dan Geis’s blood. His grandfather and father worked in the construction industry their entire lives and Dan followed in their footsteps by doing the same for the past 20+ years.

In starting SummitRidge Custom Homes, Dan and Kortney were able to fulfill their dream by using their skills and experience to design and build houses that are truly homes.
